The initial self-exclusion period is set by Jackpot City. Upon request, the period may be extended for one or more additional periods. Extension requests must be submitted to Jackpot City Customer Care and will be actioned in accordance with applicable policy and law.
We strongly recommend that you apply self-exclusion with any other gambling operators with which you are registered to avoid fragmented protections.
Self-exclusion is an aid to help manage gambling use and is not a substitute for willpower nor foolproof.
