These Sports Rules govern all bets placed on Jackpot City’s sportsbook platform and form part of your contract with Jackpot City. They apply to pre‑match and in‑play (live) betting on eligible events, markets and outcomes. In the case of any discrepancy between versions, the English version governs. The operator may update these Rules from time to time; updates take effect on posting and apply to bets placed after the update.
Only individuals who have reached the applicable gambling age in their jurisdiction may open and maintain an account. You must reside in a country where online betting is lawful and accessible. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Jackpot City may require identity verification and documentation consistent with its KYC/AML obligations and may suspend or close accounts as permitted by law.
Bets are placed on one or more Markets within an Event. A bet is valid only if it is affirmed as accepted by the system when the End User’s stake is recorded and a confirmation issued. Bets are settled based on the official result of the Event as determined by the relevant governing body or authorized official source. The End User’s balance is debited at the time of acceptance and Winnings are credited upon settlement.
Bets may be placed before an Event starts. Live (in‑play) bets may be accepted during the Event as it unfolds. A bet placed after the official start may be invalid except for Live bets, which remain valid until the Event concludes or is otherwise settled under these Rules. Jackpot City may void bets or adjust outcomes in specified circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors or mispriced odds.
Live bets are accepted on specified main and additional outcomes during an Event. The accepted stake becomes final upon online confirmation and is not subject to alteration. Where an Event is suspended, interrupted or resumed, Jackpot City may determine settlement in accordance with these Rules and supporting data from reliable sources. Live bets are not edited or deleted except as provided herein.
Jackpot City offers several bet types, described as follows, with Winnings calculated as the Stake multiplied by the relevant total odds for the selected structure. The following definitions apply unless stated otherwise in Market Rules:
The Cash Out feature allows an End User to settle a bet before the Event concludes, at a price offered by Jackpot City. Acceptance of a Cash Out offer terminates the bet under new terms. Early Payout is a discretionary feature that may settle certain bets as winners before final completion when predefined conditions are met. Availability, conditions and settlement are market‑specific and may change without notice.
The Bet Builder allows combining multiple Markets within the same Event or across Markets where enabled. All selections must win for the Bet Builder to pay out. Availability is at Jackpot City’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. If a constituent bet in a Bet Builder is voided, the remaining bets may stand subject to the Rules governing void bets.
If an Event is postponed or canceled, the Terms will determine settlement. Where an Event is postponed beyond a defined period, or if results are amended after settlement, Jackpot City may adjust, void or settle bets as appropriate. In live events, interruptions that are not resumed within the applicable window may result in settlement at odds of 1.0 for non‑determined outcomes, unless otherwise specified by Market Rules. In cases of incorrect or conflicting results, Jackpot City will rely on official sources and, where appropriate, may suspend settlement pending clarification.
Disputes regarding outcomes or settlements are resolved by reference to official sources and reliable data. If conflicting information arises, Jackpot City reserves the right to make final determinations. Claims regarding results must be raised within a defined rectification window from the end of the Event. In the event of a detected error in odds or settlement, the Operator may correct or apply a 1.0 odds adjustment as permitted by these Rules.
Jackpot City supports responsible gaming; individuals under the applicable gambling age or located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited may not place bets. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits and to self‑exclude where appropriate. All activity is subject to applicable laws and the Operator’s licensing and regulatory obligations.
